Jenny Darroch, PhD, is the dean of the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. Her research sits at the intersection of government policy and firm strategy. In this capacity, she has examined macroeconomic policy that fosters innovation; behaviors and practices within organizations that lead to more innovative outcomes; types of innovation; and the impact of innovations on consumers. She has taught subjects such as innovation, entrepreneurship, and marketing since 1992. Darroch is currently focused on the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. In particular, she helps businesses better understand the goals and determine how to integrate them into strategy and practice.
