Michelle Bligh, PhD, is dean of the School of Social Science, Policy & Evaluation and a professor of organizational behavior and leadership at Claremont Graduate University. From 2014 to 2016 she served as professor of organizational behavior and leadership at NEOMA Business School in France, where she was co-founder and academic director of the Center for Leadership and Organisational Effectiveness (CLEO). Her experience focuses on organizational culture and the role of leaders in influencing change, integration, and mergers in corporate cultures, particularly in international settings.
