Stewart I. Donaldson, PhD, is executive director of the Claremont Evaluation Center, and professor of psychology and community and global health at Claremont Graduate University. He has authored or co-authored 15 books and more than 200 evaluation reports, scientific journal articles, and chapters. In 2013, he was awarded one of the highest honors in the Evaluation Profession, the Paul F. Lazarsfeld Evaluation Theory Award for sustained lifetime written contributions to the advancement of evaluation theory.
