A native of Kingston, Jamaica, Omara Turner holds extensive experience in curriculum design, project management, and program evaluation. She is the Director of Operation and Research at the Claremont Evaluation Center with direct responsibilities for development and external relations, office management and administration, managing a student lab, and the delivery of Claremont Evaluation Center- New York training and advisory services. She has a BA in English Literature and Political Science, as well as a Postgraduate education credential from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica. Omara also graduated from Claremont Graduate University where she earned an MBA in Leadership and Strategy, and an MA in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation. Her professional portfolio includes business operations, program development, research and program evaluation. Omara is multi-lingual in English and Jamaican Creole, and conversational in Japanese. Her interests include world travel, cooking, and reading.
