Piper T. Grandjean Targos is a doctoral student in Evaluation & Applied Research Methods at Claremont Graduate University in California. She received her B.S in Psychology from the University of Wyoming, with an emphasis in research and data analysis. After graduating, she worked as an internal evaluator for a local nonprofit in Charleston, SC and then as an external evaluator for a firm which specializes in empowerment, collaborative, and participatory evaluation services with their clients. When she isn’t enjoying the outdoors with her husband and two dogs, she works with organizations to build their capacity to engage in effective evaluations.
