As part of our mission to promote well-being and flourishing, the Claremont Flourishing Center offers educational programs for diverse audiences around the globe. We bring together course researchers and practitioners to teach the latest evidence-informed approaches to happiness, well-being, and human flourishing.
New Pre- and Postdoctoral Fellowship in the Science of Happiness and Human Flourishing
The Rekhi Foundation for Happiness, in collaboration with the Claremont Flourishing Center at Claremont Graduate University (CGU), launched the Pre- and Postdoctoral Fellowship Program in the Science of Happiness and Human Flourishing to support emerging scholars advancing research and practice in well-being science. This six-month hybrid fellowship provides participants with opportunities to develop expertise in research, applied practice, and teaching in the science of well-being and flourishing. Fellows engage in mentoring, collaborative research, applied projects, and advanced learning with global experts in the field.
We welcome applicants from diverse academic backgrounds who are committed to advancing the science and practice of human flourishing!

Meet the First Predoctoral Fellows
We are delighted to introduce the first fellows participating in the program, representing emerging scholars dedicated to advancing research and practice in the science of flourishing.
Fabiana Memmolo

Fabiana is a PhD student in Positive Organizational Psychology at Claremont Graduate University and a Teaching Fellow at the Claremont Flourishing Center.
Her research explores how human flourishing can be enhanced in organizations. Drawing on more than 15 years of international leadership coaching experience across Europe and the United States, she is passionate about advancing organizational and psychological science to promote flourishing in the workplace.
Jaymes Paolo Rombaoa

Jaymes is a PhD student in Positive Developmental Psychology at Claremont Graduate University. His research focuses on understanding how flourishing unfolds in daily life across the lifespan, with particular attention to young and emerging adults.
Jaymes uses longitudinal research methods and advanced statistical modeling, including experience sampling methods and dynamic network modeling, to study the dynamics of well-being in everyday life.
