. It was after protest against the sale of these items that they were removed and repatriated to the Siksika Nation.
. It is unknown how these items entered the market in the first place. While the items are varied, a few date to the the confiscation of ceremonial items during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
. The artifacts were repatriated to the Siksika Nation, who will help identify their origins.
