Continuing Education Opportunities

The Division of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences offers, in addition to our traditional graduate programs for those seeking a Doctoral or Master’s degree, many opportunities for professionals and academics to receive advanced training.

These opportunities range from the very short-term (one-day workshops and symposia offering Continuing Education Units for psychologists, such as the Claremont Symposia on Applied Social Psychology and the Stauffer Symposium Series on Applied Psychology) to more in-depth training (such as our Certificate of Advanced Study in Evaluation).  The range of trainings includes both on-site events and convenient distance courses.

Certificate of Advanced Study in Evaluation Program

Beyond our M.A. and Ph.D. programs, you can profit from DBOS’ resources by enrolling in our distance-learning certificate program of Advanced Study in Evaluation.

Professional Development Workshops

Our annual professional development workshops allow professionals, students, and academics to hone their skills in a variety of topics in applied research. Presenters for this series include expert practitioners and academics from across North America.

Online Courses in Evaluation

Claremont’s “virtual classroom” courses have expanded in 2010-2011 thanks to a partnership with UNICEF and the Rockefeller Foundation.
