List 5: Case studies

“Management has authority only as long as it performs”
— Peter F. Drucker (1973)*

Proof matters. For decision makers, nothing speaks more clearly than results in practice. Our case studies document the successful application of our research in industry and turn those lessons into concise, playbook-style guidance for executives. In the tradition of Harvard-style case teaching, they convert real situations into actionable management insight, while staying true to Drucker’s customer-centric view that the ultimate test of any strategy is the value it creates for the customer.
