Welcome

Peter Drucker advised future leaders to prepare for entrepreneurship and innovation. What does this look like for family businesses? INSEAD’s Berghmans Lhoist Chaired Professor in Entrepreneurial Leadership Randel Carlock was the featured speaker for the third session in “The Drucker Difference and Your Family Business” seminar series. Carlock led attendees through a hands-on approach to understanding family entrepreneurial behavior and leadership across the founding, professionalizing, and sustaining stages of the family business life cycle.
