LeAD360 is a 360-degree leadership assessment designed based on LeAD’s 6P Leadership framework. It serves as a guide for increasing self-awareness and providing clear direction for self-development. As with any 360, participating leaders evaluate themselves and receive feedback from subordinates, peers, and supervisors. This feedback is then matched with the 6 dimensions of the 6P Leadership framework, which describes the specific aspects that research most often shows to be important for leader effectiveness. After completing the 360-degree ratings, participants receive individualized feedback and strategies for development, which can be supported by coaching and other development activities.
