LeAD Coaches are required to have the following competencies:

  • Knowledge of leadership theory and research
  • Skill in facilitating individual development
  • Knowledge of strengths-based leadership practices
  • Experience applying the latest evidence-based coaching methodologies
  • Experience with leadership development planning and goal setting
  • Expertise in motivational and learning theories
  • In-depth knowledge of leadership assessment to facilitate awareness of individual strengths and developmental opportunities
