We benefit our clients through by providing integrated and evidence-based services that are targeted to accelerate the leader development process. To date, over 200 leaders have participated in LeAD assessments and workshops including members of board of directors, executive directors, program directors, and managers. Participating leaders work for over 35 different non-profit and for-profit companies from Redlands to Claremont to Los Angeles.
