LeAD360 is a 360-degree leadership assessment designed using LeAD’s data-driven 6P Leadership framework. LeAD360 serves as a guide to increase self-awareness and provide clear direction for self-development.
As with any 360, participating leaders evaluate themselves and ALSO receive feedback from subordinates, peers, and supervisors. We then match the feedback with the six dimensions of the 6P Leadership framework, which describes the specific aspects that research shows to be important for leader effectiveness.
