Dr. Reichard’s courses focus on two major learning goals: (1) mastery of the theory and research in the domain of study and (2) an ability to apply that theory and research to a real-world problem. Dr. Reichard has taught introductory psychology, organizational psychology, industrial psychology, motivation and peak performance, mentoring, leadership seminar, practical meta-analysis, and gender issues in the workplace.
