Jennifer Villalobos is an Assistant Professor and Chair of the Evaluation and Applied Research Methods concentration at Claremont Graduate University. She also serves as Faculty Chair of the Doctor of Evaluation Practice (D.Eval) program. Her work bridges rigorous evaluation methods with real-world application, emphasizing cultural responsiveness, social justice, and the integration of positive psychology and AI tools in evaluation practice. She has facilitated workshops and lectures locally and internationally, supporting both students and professionals in using data and evidence to inform meaningful change.
When not working, Jennifer loves volunteering at her kids’ school, and hanging out with family at live concerts or Dodger and NFL games—Go Blue!
