Dr. Gloria Gonzalez-Morales

Dr. Gonzalez-Morales is a leading scholar in occupational health psychology, focusing on how organizational interventions can foster civil, inclusive, and healthy work environments. Her research explores the intersection of gender, power, and wellbeing, aiming to dismantle systemic inequalities. She is a frequent speaker on ‘oppressive civility’ and ‘switching off’ for mental recovery.

Joshua Sanchez

Joshua oversees the daily operations of the WW Lab, coordinating research projects and managing the lab’s outreach initiatives. With a background in organizational psychology, he ensures the lab’s mission of belonging is reflected in its internal culture and external partnerships.

In addition, a full-time PhD student at Claremont Graduate University specializing in Positive Organizational Psychology.
