The ELPE is a tuition-based, comprehensive learning program. The tuition is $6,000 USD; travel to and accommodation in New York is not included. Efforts are under way to offer a limited number of full or partial scholarships, which would be awarded on a competitive basis to eligible applicants from developing countries.


Interested individuals should complete and submit the online ELPE application. The application deadline for the next program is Oct. 31, 2017.

Participants who successfully complete the online course, attend the New York residential week and engage in the follow-up project will be awarded a certificate of completion by Claremont Graduate University and UNITAR.
