Our research team has been together for more than 20 years. While our academic institutions have changed, we continue to collaborate and to engage with the members of our panel. The team is split between Claremont Graduate University, and Texas A&M, and at any given time we have several graduate students working with us to support research activities.
Anna Woodcock, Ph.D. is Associate Research Professor at Claremont Graduate University. Dr. Woodcock is the Principal Investigator on this research project, and her research focuses on issues of underrepresentation.
Wesley Schultz, Ph.D. Full Research Professor at Claremont Graduate University. Dr. Schultz has spent more than 30 years teaching and conducting psychological research focused on understanding and solving social issues.
Paul Hernandez, Ph.D. is Associate Professor at Texas A&M University where he teaches and conducts research on efforts to broaden participation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
