Upsilon Pi Epsilon (UPE) is the world’s first and only international honor society for students and professionals in computing and information disciplines, founded in 1967. Recognized by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the IEEE Computer Society, and the Association of College Honor Societies (ACHS), UPE celebrates academic excellence and innovation in the computing and information sciences.
With chapters at more than three hundred institutions worldwide, UPE encompasses an global community of scholars, leaders, and innovators in the technology and computing research space. Claremont Graduate University, the Center for Information Systems and Technology is proud to host Chapter Rho, the 17th UPE chapter established in California.
