Overview

The CGU-Accenture Talent Innovation (CATI) Research Lab works directly with the Global Talent team at Accenture, a Fortune-500 consulting company with nearly 500,000 employees and over $40 billion in revenue. The CATI lab serves as a bridge between academia and applied work in providing forward-thinking, evidence-based talent management strategies and practices.

Lab members have the unique opportunity to interact directly with Accenture clients and gain corporate work experience while working in multi-disciplinary teams. The lab’s projects help promote individual and organizational success at Accenture. Additionally, the CATI lab emphasizes individual development by providing leadership and growth opportunities, skill-focused workshops, and continuous feedback from both peers and project leads.

The CATI lab was founded in March 2018. Currently, it contains over 20 masters and PhD students and has received over $280K in funding.
