Blake Beckmann is an advanced doctoral student in Evaluation and Applied Research Methods at Claremont Graduate University. His research interests include understanding the role of trust in the evaluation context, using systems thinking to enhance evaluation practice, and pro-science advocacy. Before pursuing his PhD, Blake spent almost 15 years as a touring musician and songwriter. His current hobbies include songwriting, painting, and bodybuilding.
