Kandice Ocheltree is a doctoral student at Claremont Graduate University. With a background in psychology, she has participated in research efforts for more than seven years, program evaluation for more than five years, and has managed projects for more than three years. She has participated in research and evaluation efforts in areas of community health, drug and alcohol use, public policy, and criminal behavior and has worked with high-risk youth, minority populations, veterans, and incarcerated persons. Her interests include stakeholder investment, policy analysis, and program evaluation. Notable roles in past evaluations include being interim project manager on the Chula Vista Promise Neighborhood grant and project coordinator in the local branch of the national Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program.
