Vision

The Institute is the flagship academic institute of the Drucker School. It seeks to attract students and family business members throughout the world with programs that address the issues and opportunities of family businesses, including managing the family name, succession planning, innovation, corporate responsibility, governance, finance, and sustainability.

Mission

We use Peter Drucker’s principles to develop leaders who run sustainable family businesses that can be passed on to future generations and make a positive contribution toward a functioning society.

The Institute provides access to continuing education and professional growth opportunities for thriving family businesses confronted with challenges and are looking to educate the next generation. All events hosted by the Institute are open to family-owned and managed businesses who become Institute members and Institute sponsorship partners.

The education sessions and programs are reflective of the needs shared with us by families both locally and globally, and include valuable input from other family members, sponsorship partners, alumni, students, and respected non-family executives.
