Accenture Talent Innovation Lab serves as a bridge between academia and the applied world in providing future focused, evidence-based talent management practices.
EDEVAL facilitates the development of people, programs, and policies through applied research and evaluation, strategic planning, and organizational capacity building.
We recognize that the goal of eradication is bold given the history of prejudice and its centrality to the human condition. Nonetheless, we aim to use science to explore the issues, feelings, and systems that undergird prejudice and its associated behaviors. Finally, we aim to understand individuals and groups commonly associated with prejudice ideology to further development of inoculations and eradication training.
