The CGU-Accenture Talent Innovation (CATI) Research Lab was founded on March 15th, 2018 by Dr. Stewart Donaldson, Christopher Chen, Sharon Hong, and Scott Donaldson with five PhD students: Adrian Reece, Vienne Lau, Jessica Diaz, Brandon Sorenson, and Jason Beck. The lab serves as a bridge between academia and the applied world in providing future focused, evidence-based talent management practices. At its inception, the lab helped develop a model of success in a VUCA world and an identification/measurement framework of key high-performance behaviors at Accenture. CATI Lab has received over $200K in funding is made up of 20+ masters and PhD students.
