Amidst the era of digital transformation, business ecosystems have once again captured the attention of C-level executives. Fortunately, information technology has caught up with the concept, enabling scalable implementations (see “Super-apps“). In particular, dataspace technology has emerged as a pivotal enabler (see “Dataspaces 101“).

In digital business, data holds paramount importance. For example, generative AI models like ChatGPT would not exist without training data, and no good results without good training data. This is where a dataspace becomes crucial. It can provide superior data, consequently leading to more productive business applications for participants compared to outsiders.
