Emily is an Organizational Behavior PhD candidate at Claremont Graduate University. While pursuing her doctorate, she has helped develop the leadership and consulted for top executives and leaders across healthcare, education, and the AAPI community. Emily has also taught psychology at the university level and published various peer reviewed papers. She also serves as a Research Consultant at LeAD Labs and her research expertise include women’s leader development, bias interrupters, and gender stereotypes in the workplace.
