LeAD Labs’ Assessment Services
We offer five main assessment services: LeADself, LeAD360, In Pursuit: Effective Leadership and Leader Development, Program Audit and Evaluation, and the Claremont Leadership Assessment Center. LeADself is a self-report assessment designed to gauge the participant’s attitudes and perceptions toward their development as a leader. It includes an electronic feedback report and in-person (or virtual) 30-minute debriefing with a LeAD Labs certified coach. The LeADself is based on the LeAD Lab’s 6PLeadership framework, and it can be completed entirely online.
COST: $15 (report only) or $80 (with coaching)
LeAD360 is a 360-degree leadership assessment designed using LeAD Lab’s data-driven 6PLeadership framework. LeAD360 helps leaders become more self-aware and provides clear direction for self-development.
As with any 360, participating leaders evaluate themselves and ALSO receive feedback from subordinates, peers, and supervisors. We then match the feedback with the six dimensions of the 6P Leadership framework, which describes the specific aspects that research shows to be important for leader effectiveness.
After completing the 360-degree ratings, participants receive individualized feedback and strategies for development through a 1-on-1, 45-minute coaching session.
This training module allows leaders to learn about effective leadership at their own pace through engaging content, interactive activities, and supplementary readings. Additionally, leaders take the LeADself Assessment and reflect upon the feedback report to build upon their self-awareness as a leader, understand their strengths, and identify areas of growth. The culmination of this self-study is the development of a personalized Leader Development Plan using our online tool that walks leaders through the process of creating their plan.
LeAD Labs provides comprehensive consulting to help organizations implement effective programs that work for their employees and business strategy. Trained practitioners provide the service of reviewing existing leader development programs and offer recommendations directed at aligning leader development with organizational systems to achieve in-depth integration.
COST: Case by Case
This service includes four hours of in-person simulated leadership challenges including email in-basket, leaderless group discussion, and one-on-one meeting with a troubled follower. Leader behaviors during simulations will be recorded and later rated by trained assessors. Based on the 6PLeadership framework, a feedback report on behaviors displayed in the assessment center along with suggestions for improvement will be provided to the leader along with a 30-minute debriefing session with a LeAD Labs certified coach.
