Alan Rosen is a 20-year veteran in local government management with extensive experience leading diverse teams, including as a city and county manager. Holding a BA in Psychology, a Master of Public Administration, and credentialed manager status from the International City/County Management Association, Alan now pursues his doctorate in organizational psychology at Claremont Graduate University, specializing in leadership and emotional intelligence. Alan is certified as a coach for the EQi-2.0 and the Five Archetypes and brings his expertise and dedication to LeAD Labs, where he is committed to fostering growth and resilience in those he coaches.
