Brandon Sorenson has served as the leader of an award-winning coaching program, internal organizational development consultant and trainer, and statewide community initiative developer for the State of Utah and Salt Lake County. He is passionate about maximizing the achievement of individual and team potential.
Brandon is pursuing a PhD in positive organizational psychology at Claremont Graduate University, where his research centers on creativity and value-oriented leadership, specifically how values act as a creative force that forms organizational outcomes.
