Brendon Ellis received his MA in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University in May 2016. He is currently pursuing a PhD from CGU in Positive Organizational Psychology. Brendon interned at Infor Talent Science, a technology firm dedicated to utilizing predictive analytics for personnel selection. At CGU, Brendon has served as a teaching assistant for statistics, research methods, and survey research methods. His research interests include identifying leadership potential in employees for the purpose of selection to formal developmental programs as well as examining the intersection of team cohesion and analytics in sports organizations.
