Cecelia is an MBA graduate with over 15 years of professional experience working in various roles including physician clinical training, project management, sales, marketing, and human resources. Cecelia combines her knowledge, education, and experience to help women realize their full potential at work and in life. Cecelia provides individual coaching services and group workshops for a wide variety of industries and organizations, primarily focusing on women in leadership.
Cecelia has worked with individuals in technology, education, consulting, health care, scientific research, and non-profit organizations. Her expertise lies in performance coaching, goal creation, leadership development, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, confidence, strengths awareness, creative thinking & problem solving. Cecelia is also a PhD candidate in organizational psychology at Claremont Graduate University, where she researches coaching, leadership development, leader identity development, second-generation gender bias, and role congruity theory – all in hopes of helping shrink the gender disparity in leadership across industries and organizations.
