Chris Chow is PhD candidate in the positive organizational psychology program at Claremont Graduate University. He is interested in a variety of topics including leadership development, creativity, and (un)ethical behavior. He believes that research and practice should go hand in hand to create holistic improvements in individuals, teams, and organizations. Currently, he is working on a project examining the impact of financial well-being on creativity as well as studying leadership development from a social network perspective. When he’s not working, Chris loves drawing, playing guitar, or watching a movie with friends and family.
