Christina Whalen is a master’s student in the Positive Organizational Psychology & Evaluation program. She is currently working in the Assessments Lab as an intern. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Scripps College. She has prior experience in a variety of organizations from schools and daycare programs to weekly newspapers and non-profit organizations. In these settings she learned about the impact of a stressful environment on communication, functional organization, company culture, and interpersonal harmony. Christina hopes to apply her experiences in the field and at LeAD labs to foster thriving organizational communities. In her limited spare time, she practices kick-boxing, archery, and developing her aestheticism.
