Dayna Walker earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior in 2017. She served as a recruiter and assessor for the LeAD assessment center. Her thesis assessed the roles of self-regulation, individual differences in approaches to learning, and organizational support in implementing leaders’ self-development strategies. When she needs a break from research, Dayna loves to play volleyball at the beach in Santa Monica and with the undergraduate women’s club team.
