Dayna Walker, a PhD student in Organizational Behavior, worked with Dr. Reichard and Eric Middleton on validating a measure of leader developmental efficacy. She has served as a recruiter and assessor for the LeAD assessment center. Dayna’s master’s thesis assesses the roles of self-regulation, individual differences in approaches to learning, and organizational support in implementation of leaders’ self-development strategies. When she needs a break from research, Dayna loves to play volleyball, both at the beach in Santa Monica and with the undergraduate women’s club team.
