Eric Middleton, a PhD student in Organizational Behavior, is an Assessments Lab manager and research consultant. Eric also works as an actor, assessor, and data manager on the LeAD assessment center. His research interests include studying the development of leader identity, and ethical leadership. He is currently working with Dr. Reichard and Dayna Walker on a validation study of a new measure of leader developmental efficacy. His master’s thesis focuses on antecedents to self- and group- serving leader behaviors.
