Justin Samortin earned an MA in Positive Organizational Psychology and Evaluation at Claremont Graduate University in 2019. As a research associate at LeAD Labs, he conducts and presents research on developing leaders from traditionally marginalized groups. He is also a LeAD-certified coach.
