Katherine Cotter earned a PhD in Organizational Behavior Psychology at Claremont Graduate University in 2021. Her primary research interests are diversity in the workplace, cross-cultural training, and global leadership. When she’s not studying or working on research, Katherine enjoys running and vegetarian cooking.
