Tony Hammon, a dual MBA/MA student in Organizational Behavior and Evaluation, served on the LeAD strategic planning and finance committees, helping to guide development of organizational infrastructure and management of strategic objectives. His academic interests include leadership of organizational development and change and the role of human resource management in supporting strategic decision making. He holds an MA in management and leadership from Webster University and serves as a Force Manager in the US Army Reserve. When not crafting organizations, he is an avid amateur wood craftsman.
